A year ago the son of Oleg Svynarchuk-Gladkovsky by the name Misha was stopped by the traffic police on March 8 for drunk driving.
At first, Misha threatened the policemen that they would be fired in a day and then he started to call his friends and patrons for help.
I’m publishing a dialogue of Misha Svynarchuk-Gladkovsky and Mr. Martynchuk, Head of Pechersky District Municipal Administration, who bent over backwards to defend the son of the First Deputy Head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

To do so he initially called Oleksandr Tereshchuk who headed the General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affair in Kyiv at that time.
After that call he had a conversation with his ward Valeriy Kucheryavyi, Head of the Municipal Organization Kyivblagoustriy, who had been assigned under the guardianship of the police.
And then he asked Serhiy Sytnyk, Head of the Traffic Police in Pechersky District, for help.
No comments are needed to enhance the text of the dialogues that I’ve published.
Values-based communication of the interlocutors is quite clear even without them.
And what’s even more important is that the arrest report on Misha Gladkovsky for drunk driving has never showed up in the data base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
I will definitely address every single participant of the aforementioned dialogues for them to just confirm or refute the words they said in March 2015.
And after that I will publish new information upon this story and spice it up with a little ‘surprise’ :)
Let me remind you that scandalous Igor Gladkovsky was also caught drunk driving.
