People's Deputy, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Aleksandr Dubinskyi initiates the convening of an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada.

On November 24, Dubinskyi sent a corresponding appeal to the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmitry Razumkov for the issuance of signature lists.

To convene an extraordinary meeting, in accordance with Art. 19 of the law "On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", 150 signatures of people's deputies are enough. After they are collected, the exact date of the parliament meeting will become known.

It will consider three bills: two for individual entrepreneurs (individual entrepreneur, individual entrepreneur - Ukrainian) and one for customs clearance of cars:

• "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine to change the approach to determining the amount of income for the application of the simplified taxation system" No. 3853 dated 15.07.2020

• "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the simplification of accounting for the income of individual entrepreneurs" No. 3993 dated 18.08.2020;

• "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the streamlining of the structure of the excise tax" No. 3704 dated 19.06.2020.

These draft laws, as well as alternative draft laws to them, should be considered.
